Exposure Team Entry Instructions
Team Entry – Exposure
Changes in 2026:
- The MBA is moving to a new system for team entry for the 2026 tournament. When you click on the team entry icon on the MBA website home page or click on the team entry header you will be taken to Exposure to enter your team.
- You will still need a minimum of 8 players to enter your team.
- Going forward you will be able to go into your roster yourself to make any roster additions and/or deletions to your team.
- Team entry will only go through with the payment of the team entry fee and forfeit/uniform deposit.
Team Entry Steps:
- Click on the team entry icon on the home page or the team entry header.
- First time click on the Register button. You will need to create your Coaches Profile with a username and password. Save this information for future corrections to your roster.
- For your Coaches Profile you will need to fill out:
a. Organization – MBA
b. Name, BOD, email, cell phone, and address. All are marked with a “*”.
c. Click on Save. - You will receive an email from exposure for you to verify information/account. Once confirmed there will be a button for you to go back into Exposure to enter your team or you can go back into the MBA website, team entry and then click on “sign in” to enter your team and player information.
- Once back in click on “+Team” (top right blue box) and enter the required information:
a. Team Name
b. Age – Adult
c. Gender – Male or Female
d. City, State and Zip Code
e. Click on Save. - On left side of screen there is a box “Players”, click on players to be able to add your team. You will be required to fill in for each player:
a. Name, height, DOB, hometown & state, and email.
b. Optional boxes are college experience and pro experience.
c. Continue to click on “+player” to enter all your players. - After entering each players information on your roster, you will need to delete (X) the “TBA” last player showing otherwise your team registration will not go through. Only your actual players’ names should be shown.
- Fill in your payment information and hit the register button. You should see a screen that you team entry was successful.
- You will get an email confirming your payment and team entry.
Making Corrections to your Roster:
- Go into the MBA website, team entry and click on “sign in”. Enter your username and password and password.
- Left side of the Dashboard screen that come up click on “Teams” and then click on your team.
- Left side of the of the screen click on “Players” and your team roster will come up.
- To delete a player, click on “check mark”, it will become bold. Go to the “Action” button, click on it and click delete and then “ok” to remove that player.
- To add a player, click on the blue “+Player” button, Type is manual, and enter the players information that you want to add to your roster. You must enter name, height, DOB, hometown & state and email address. Hit “save” button and the player will be added to your roster.
